Lěng Fàn Guǒ (Cold Rice Fruit) is a traditional Chinese medicinal material. It is the fruit of Viburnum foetidum Wall., a plant belonging to the family Caprifoliaceae. It grows in thickets at forest margins at altitudes of 1,200–3,100 meters.

Indications
It is commonly used for headache, cough, pneumonia, traumatic injuries, urticaria (hives), and aphthous stomatitis (commonly known as “Zouma Yagan” in traditional Chinese medicine, a severe form of ulcerative gingivitis/stomatitis in children), etc.
Usage & Dosage
For oral administration, decoct in water, 6–9 g.
