In today’s fast-paced world, it has become a luxury for office workers to enjoy a nutritious and delicious breakfast. There’s never enough time, never enough sleep, and breakfast is always rushed – constantly on the go. Here, I’ll share an easy, quick breakfast that takes only 3 minutes to make. It’s nutritious, delicious, and even kids love it. Come and take a look!
1. Ingredients you need to prepare:
Cucumber, carrot, onion, bacon (or sausage), eggs, sesame oil, ketchup.
2. Prep work (chopping)
The night before, wash the cucumber, carrot, and onion. According to your desired portion, dice the cucumber, carrot, onion, and bacon (or sausage) into small cubes, place them on a plate, and store in the refrigerator. The next morning, you can take them out and use them immediately – saving you some time. Of course, if you’re confident in your knife skills, you can also chop them fresh that morning.
3. Making the pancake in the morning
Heat a frying pan over low heat. Put the pre-prepped ingredients into a bowl, crack two eggs into the bowl, add a little sesame oil. You may add a pinch of salt, or skip it – because the bacon and sausage are already slightly salty. Adjust to your taste. Mix everything well. Add some oil to the pan, then pour the mixture into the pan. Fry over low heat on both sides to avoid burning. When it’s about 70–80% cooked, slowly roll it up.
4. Plating
Place the pancake on a plate. Let it cool slightly, then cut it into thick slices. Drizzle with ketchup.
5. Serving
Pour a glass of milk or juice. Serve alongside the delicious pancake. A nutritious, tasty, simple, and quick breakfast is ready in no time!
