Main Ingredients
- Millet 100g
- Chinese yam 100g
- Pumpkin 200g
- Goji berries 10g
- Pitted red dates 5 pcs
- Water 1.3-1.5L
- Rock sugar or sea salt a pinch
Steps
Rinse millet、Peel pumpkin and cut into chunks、Peel Chinese yam and cut into strips/cubes、Washred dates, goji berries

Add millet into boiling water and simmer for 20 mins until grains burst and thicken

Add pumpkin and Chinese yam, simmer on low heat for another 15 mins

Add red dates and goji berries at the end, then simmer covered for 3 minutes.
