Red Date, Longan and Rose Tea

Red date, longan and rose tea is a classic wellness tea known for tonifying qi and blood, and calming the mind. Red dates, sweet and warm in nature, tonify the middle and nourish blood. Longans, also sweet and warm, benefit the heart and spleen. Roses soothe the liver and relieve depression. Together, they create a golden, sweet, and mellow brew with a delicate floral aroma. This tea is especially suitable for women with pale complexion, cold hands and feet, poor sleep, or emotional anxiety – a true "blood-nourishing beauty companion" for the office and home.
