Apple, Lemon, and Celery Juice
Apple, Lemon, and Celery Juice is a green energy beverage that combines sweetness, tanginess, and a refreshing herbal aroma. The sweet juiciness of apple, the bright acidity of lemon, and the unique fragrance of celery create a fresh, invigorating drink with layered flavors. All three ingredients are high in fiber and low in calories, making this juice a true "detox and cleanse" beverage. Ready in just 5-10 minutes, it's an ideal choice for waking up the body in the morning or refreshing the mind in the afternoon.

Main Ingredients
- Apple 1 piece
- Lemon 1/2 piece
- Celery 2-3 stalks
- Drinking water 250ml
- Honey or maple syrup 15ml
- Ice cubes as needed
- Mint leaves 1-2 pieces
Steps
Apple: Wash, core, and cut into chunks (leaving the skin on increases dietary fiber and nutrients, but ensure the skin is thoroughly cleaned). Soak briefly in lightly salted water to prevent browning. Lemon: Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice from one half, and set aside. Strain to remove seeds if desired. Celery: Wash, trim the root end, remove tough leaves, and cut into small sections. Honey: If using honey or maple syrup, have it ready.

Place the apple chunks, celery sections, and lemon juice into a juicer or blender. Add drinking water (150-250ml, adjust to desired consistency). For a more refreshing drink, add some ice cubes. Blend until smooth and well combined. If using a high-speed blender, about 1-2 minutes is sufficient.

If you prefer a smoother texture, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove the pulp. However, keeping the pulp retains more dietary fiber and antioxidants (recommended).

Pour the juice into a glass, and add honey or maple syrup to taste (if using). Garnish with a mint leaf. Best consumed immediately to preserve vitamins and antioxidants.
