Three Honey Herbal Remedies: Chrysanthemum-Bamboo-Honey Drink, Honey Green Tea, Honey Cucumber Salad

Chrysanthemum-Bamboo-Honey Drink

Ingredients:
Honey (appropriate amount), honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica) 2g, chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium) 2g, lophatherum (Lophatherum gracile) 2g.

Directions:
Add the three herbs to 2000 ml of water. Decoct (simmer) for 15 minutes, then strain to obtain the liquid. Allow to cool naturally, then mix in honey to taste. Stir well and drink as a tea.

Honey Green Tea

Ingredients:
Honey 25g, green tea 1g.

Directions:
Steep the two ingredients in 300–500 ml of boiling water for 5 minutes, then drink warm. Alternatively, decoct briefly. Take one dose per day.

Honey Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
Honey 100g, cucumber 1500g.

Directions:
Wash the cucumbers and remove the seeds. Cut them into strips. Place the cucumber strips in a clay pot with a small amount of water. Bring to a boil, then discard the excess water. While still hot, add honey and mix well. Bring to a boil again. Eat as desired.
