Longan, Red Date & Goji Berry Tea
A gently sweet, traditional herbal infusion. Rich red dates and longan lend a mellow depth, goji berries add a touch of brightness, and brown sugar ties it all together in a warm, amber-hued brew. Every sip is smooth, comforting, and deeply heartening.

Main Ingredients
- Goji berries 20 or so
- Red dates (jujubes) 10 or so
- Dried longan 10 or so
- Brown sugar to taste
Steps
Gather the red dates, goji berries, longan, and brown sugar. Rinse and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into a clay pot, add the prepared goji berries, red dates, and longan, and simmer over medium heat for about ten minutes.

Finally, add the prepared brown sugar.

Pour the brewed red date, goji berry, and longan tea into a teapot and serve.

Red dates help replenish qi and blood and calm the mind; longan nourishes the heart and spleen while improving sleep; goji berries are rich in zeaxanthin and polysaccharides, known for supporting liver, kidney, and eye health; brown sugar provides gentle, warming energy. Together they make a mild, restorative drink, ideal for daily wellness.
Suitable for:The general population can enjoy this tea. It is suitable for those with liver and kidney yin deficiency, cancer patients, and individuals with hypertension, high blood lipids, arteriosclerosis, chronic hepatitis, or fatty liver. It is even more suitable for people with excessive eye strain and the elderly.
Not suitable for:People with external pathogenic heat, or spleen deficiency with dampness and diarrhea should avoid this tea.
