Main Ingredients
- Red dates (jujubes) 12 pieces
- Dried longan 15g
- Astragalus root (huang qi) 5g
Steps
Prepare the pictured ingredients: red dates, dried longan, and astragalus root.

Wash the red dates, longan, and astragalus thoroughly, and cut the red dates open.

Add an appropriate amount of water to a pot, then add the astragalus, longan, and red dates.

Cover with a lid and boil over high heat for 10 minutes.
